Fall Out Boy isn't Fallen for LongBy February 7, 2013 - 8:41am With the constant rise of boy bands like Boyz II Men and the Backstreet Boys, it seems like the newer generation of pop wonders such as One Direction and The Wanted aren't too far off when it comes to popularity. Perhaps it was this inspiration that urged the early 2000s alternative rock band Fall Out Boy to release their new single “My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light Em Up).” Only released this past Monday, it’s been getting a lot of attention; already becoming the No. 4 on iTunes overall, and No. 1 on the iTunes alternative chart as of 3pm that same day. OSU Reigns Over Michigan...AgainBy January 19, 2013 - 2:50pm When it comes to that pesky school up north, the Buckeyes cannot be stopped! The most recent beat down occurred this past Sunday, January 14th with the Bucks declaring victory by three points (Michigan- 53; OSU- 56). Michigan’s loss separated them from their first number one ranking in more than twenty years. More specifically, it was a close shot that wavered on the rim before bouncing out and signifying the reign of the Buckeyes. And, as Aaron Craft put it so beautifully, “There's always satisfaction in denying Michigan the No. 1 spot in the country.” READ MORE |
