Do you ever just want to have a relaxed night at home with your girlfriends, but don’t know how to get started? Here are a few tips to get started!

In order to have a successful at-home spa you need a few essentials. You have to, have to set the mood with scented candles, a soothing playlist of your favorite tunes and of course WINE! What’s a girls’ night without it?

There are so many DIY face masks out there but here are a few of my favorites. These face masks are all created by Tone It Up.

Who doesn’t love avocado? Why not put it on your face and soak up all its nutrients? Avocados are filled with natural oils that will moisturize your skin and leave it feeling so hydrated. To create this hydrating mask you just need ½ a ripe avocado, 1 tsp. of plain yogurt and 1 tsp. of honey. You simply mix these ingredients together and let it sit on your face for 10-15 minutes.

Do you ever put coconut oil on your skin? Well you should! It’s an amazing moisturizer that softens your skin. This recipe is very simple! All you need is ½ a cup of coconut oil and a few drops of essential oil, then just whip these ingredients with an electric mixer and you’ve created your very own moisturizer.

Last but not least is the coffee face scrub. Did you know coffee reduces the appearance of cellulite and the caffeine helps tighten your skin? It creates the perfect scrub. You’ll need 1½ cups of coarsely ground coffee, ½ a cup of raw sugar or sea salt and 3 tbsp. of melted coconut oil.

With your ambiance all set with your candles and music, these DIY face masks will complete your at-home spa night and create the relaxing pampered night you and your friends deserve! Enjoy!
