HCO: How would you describe your style? How did you develop it?
I like to think I developed my style from what I’ve seen growing up around my hometown in LA.
HCO: What are your favorite stores? Why?
My favorite stores would have to be Urban Outfitters, Nordstrom and Lululemon. I love how each store is very eclectic in the styles of clothing they market and sell.
HCO: What are some staple clothing items/accessories that you can’t live without?
I would say the hardest clothing item for me to live without would be my black tights from lulu lemon. They are the most comfortable pants to wear and easiest to dress up or down according to the occasion.
HCO: What is one thing that makes a great outfit?
A great pair of jeans can really make a great outfit. Having a pair that fits well and looks great on is always nice to have in completing any kind of look.
HCO: What is the newest trend this year in fashion?
The most consistent trend I’ve seen throughout the year is booties. They are a nice shoe to have because they can be easily worn with various types of clothing such as dresses, jeans, tights, etc.
HCO: Do you like summer or winter clothing better? Why?
I would choose winter clothing over summer clothing because I love to cozy up in big sweaters and scarves. I also love the colors that seem to correlate with the fall and winter clothing trends.
HCO: If you had to choose one celebrity that influenced your style who would it be?
I love Jennifer Lawrence’s street style. My go to look has always been very minimal and simplistic. I love how Jennifer can go out wearing something as simple as jeans, a cardigan and sneakers and still look tasteful.
HCO: How does your style describe who you are as a person?
As I mentioned earlier, the clothing I wear is very basic, usually consisting of very simple items with muted colors. This sort of style could correlate to my personality type in that I’m a rather laid back person.
