Winter Activities in NYC

Whenever we visit New York City in the winter, everyone goes for the sole purpose of seeing the tree and going shopping, under the impression that there isn’t much else to do because of the cold. Here are some fun activities that you can plan your winter city trip around!

1. Gingerbread House in Madison Square Park (FREE)

2. Holiday pop-up markets at Columbus Circle, Union Square, and other locations (prices vary)

3. Fifth Avenue display windows (FREE)​

4. Radio City Christmas Show (Ticket Prices Vary)

5. Ice Skate in Central Park (MONDAY – THURSDAY: Adults: $12 / Kids: $6 / Seniors: $5 FRIDAY – SUNDAY & HOLIDAYS: Adults: $19 / Kids: $6 / Seniors: $9)

6. Igloo Bar (Any age until late night, then required to be 21) (No entry fee, drinks range from $5-$15)
