Summer is quickly approaching and if you are like me, your summer bod is not ready! I eat decently healthy and workout religiously but could definitely have some help in what I can eat to tone or lose weight! I love finding new and delicious recipes that are healthy and leave you feeling great after consuming. Here are some inexpensive and yummy recipes to help you toward getting the body you want!

  1. Lettuce wraps! I love love love these things; there are so good. You can put chicken, hamburger or even turkey meat in the wrap! These are super low-calorie and after two or three you feel full!

2. Skinny Three-Cheese Penne, which is only 284 calories! Let’s be honest, who doesn’t love some carbs? Even better when it is low calorie!

 

3. Chinese food lover, eh? Try this Baked Sweet & Sour Chicken! I am a chinese lover and am so excited that this recipe is only 294 calories!

 

4. Like chicken and rice? Try this meal of Fried Chicken & Rice; only 290 calories!

 

5. Chili Lime Steak Fajitas! Can you say yum?

6. Chicken burrito bowls!

7. Skillet Beef & Broccoli Ramen
