Her Campus sent our HC staff at Ohio University a Summer Survival Kit!
The end of spring semester always brings mixed emotions. It’s a bundle of excitement for summer and to see family, but sadness because we will soon be leaving our beautiful campus and friends.
Similar to the Spring Survival Kit, we received tons of goodies to enhance our summer breaks, as well as ease the pain when we start to miss college life.
Here’s a look inside our kit…
1. Rich Bitch book
I think the national Her Campus branch could tell we haven’t been the most conscientious of our spending this past school year… This novel by Nicole Lapin serves as a 12-step guide to get your financial life together. Big thanks to @NicoleLapin!
2. Crunch Live
Free workouts! Is Her Campus trying to tell us something else..? We were given a free trial for anytime, anywhere workouts from CrunchLive.com. The workouts include popular classes such as kick-butt cardio, strength training, dance rhythms, yoga and barre. We’re starting to feel better about our beach bods already. Thanks for kicking our butts, @CrunchGym!
3. Blink Tattoos
These temporary tattoos will be great for accenting cute summer outfits for vacations, summer festivals and concerts. Props to @Blink_Tattoos!
4. boohoo
Shopping! @boohooUSA gave us a 30% discount off their trendy clothing, shoes and accessories. Boohoo is cool because they began as a UK company and now cater fashion to countries all over the world. We also each received a bright pink emergency rain poncho.
5. Chloe + Isabel
This program provides college students the opportunity to learn about the fashion industry and become a real entrepreneur. Students can learn merchandising, marketing and social media skills to add to their resumes and hopefully land their dream job! Thank you @chloeandisabel for letting us know about this amazing experience!
6. BOGO Chipotle
‘nuff said.
However we may feel about the semester coming to a close, our #HCSurvivalKits remind us to celebrate everything we have accomplished this semester.
