When you know you’re going to be up late one night and get a delayed start to the next day, you want to be able to get beautiful when you sleep and spend less time getting ready. Here are some tips to really get your beauty sleep:

Put toothpaste on your zits. It dries them up, and cuts your face washing time in half.

Shower the night before. Put your hair in a French braid, or do a hair wrap with a headband. Major texture and sexy oomphf when you wake up.

Use a homemade scrub to get silky soft skin. Try 1 cup of brown sugar with half a cup of everyday lotion. Wash it off the night before, and enjoy soft skin all day.

Put coconut lotion on your feet/hands and sleep with socks/gloves to smooth out rough skin.

Drink water before bed, and leave a cup by your bed. It hydrates your skin, and it’s easier to get yourself out of bed in the morning if you have to pee.

Do your skin routine the night before. This includes removing makeup, washing your face, applying toner, blemish cream and night cream.

Use a leave-in conditioner. It helps make your hair beautiful.

Shave your legs. It helps you feel sexy.

Sleep with a cold compress by your face to reduce your pore size.

Bonus: Make green tea when you wake up. The tea will help invigorate you for the day, and if you use two tea bags, you can put them under your eyes to decrease puffiness.
