Believe it or not, Valentine’s Day is right around the corner! Convenience stores are filled with enormous, plush stuffed-animals. Flowers and cards in various shades of pink, red, and white practically smack you in the face as you walk through the door, and the aisles practically smell like chocolate. For those of us lucky enough to be in love, excitement abounds as we await the grand romantic gestures that are sure to come. But for those of us that are flying solo this February 14th, we might look a little something like this:

It can be difficult to put on a happy face when you’re constantly being bombarded with reminders that you are, in fact, very much single this Valentine’s Day. Both are totally valid options, and sometimes it can be healthy to let those emotions out.
