    It’s inevitable that you will have a bad day – maybe even a bad week or month. All you can do is continue on hoping that a good day will come; at least that is what I do to keep me going. I also started getting into remedies that help relax me when I am feeling down about my day. Here are several things you can do to boost your mood:

  1. Listen to music that describes your current mood – save it and listen to it the next time you are in that mood

  2. If working out calms you down, go and do that. Releasing endorphins is a great way to boost your mood.

  3. Meditation – look up a Youtube video and give it a try!

  4. Watch your favorite movie.

  5. Eat all your favorite snacks!
