Cups of Coffee Around Campus

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at NYU chapter.

When more the dining hall java more often than not tastes like sludge rather than coffee, caffeine addicts like myself are often in constant search of a half decent cup. No fear! There are a great number of spots around campus that will satisfy your craving for that divine energy elixir. In my months, here I have gone on expeditions taking me through the wild terrain of the East Village to the jungles of Chelsea in search of great coffee. Take a look at my findings!

Orens Daily RoastLocated right across from the Silver Center, this is a convenient and delicious stop on the way to lecture. Try the homemade poptart and their daily roast and prepare to be in coffee heaven.

Third RailMy personal favorite! Located between Sullivan and W 3rd, this tiny little cafe right on the south side of the park is the perfect spot to grab an Americano and a gourmet doughnut!

Peets Coffee and TeaLocated right in the heart of our very own Kimmel Center for University Life, Peets has good coffee, fabulous muffins and even accepts meal swipes!
