Top ‘Slay-tionery’ Picks for Back to School

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Nottingham chapter.

Okay, so few understand the power a new pack of post-its gives you. But maybe you want to change your ways, get organised and make your desk a super cute shrine of to-do lists? Hey there. The aim is to look as stationery savvy as Cher with her fluffy pink pen.

Muji  These notebooks look so sleek you’d never believe they were so affordable- plus they’re all made from recycled paper. They might look small, but one of these will create the perfect place to hold a module’s notes. I hate carrying round one massive notebook for every single piece of information on my course, so these tiny things will keep your bags light and your notes organised.

How did people live before post its? How did they remember to do things if they couldn’t stick perfect squares/hearts/thought bubbles of reminders on their mirrors? Write down useful info, and once you’ve half learnt them, stick them around and trust me – you will remember those Jane Eyre quotes that you stuck to the milk. This assortment is available from Smiths for only £4.

Head to Paperchase for various cute creatures to pin up your reminders. Just because.

And finally, yes, a pink pen is necessary in order to slay.
