Here is a list of great movies out in 2014 in Easter and summer as well as a quick list of things coming up that should not be missed! Be sure to treat yourself with the pick n mix!

Captain America: The Winter Soldier – April 4

This action packed movie is a great date movie or definitely not one to miss if you and your mates are huge marvel fans. Battles, new enemies, new allies and a mystery to unravel – this film keeps you on your toes!

The Amazing Spiderman 2 – April 10

This film is one of my top must see films for this year. The first Spiderman film was fantastic and this one is guaranteed to be too! With Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone and Jamie Foxx this is a star-studded cast! This film captures what it’s like for Peter Parker to be a normal guy and a superhero. His latest enemy is bigger than ever making this film more thrilling than ever. The love story between him and Emma Stone’s character Gwen Stacy makes the film even better – it has it all!

The Other Woman – April 25

I’ve been looking forward to this film for months! This is a light-hearted fun comedy and is the perfect way for you and your friends to catch up over the Easter break. Starring Cameron Diaz as the protagonist who realises her newest catch has a wife, Leslie Mann as the wife and Kate Upton and his other mistress the three women form an unlikely friendship – guaranteed laughs and touching scenes! Also featuring Nicki Minaj – this is not to be missed!

Bad Neighbours – May 3

Two words: Zac Efron! The trailer is so hilarious and I cannot wait to see this film. This family vs frat comedy starring Seth Rogen, Zac Efron, Rose Byrne and Lisa Kudrow is a great summer flick perfect for you and your friends or a date!

The Fault In Our Stars – June 6

A beautiful and tragic movie based on protagonist Hazel a terminally ill cancer patient who’s been bought a few more years through a tumor shrinking miracle medicine. There’s suddenly an amazing plot twist and the movie becomes a love story and Hazel’s life is transformed. I highly recommend this film as a must see in 2014. Sad but sensational.

A Long Way Down – July 11

Based on a great read by Nick Horby ‘A Long Way Down’ is a wonderfully weird story about four suicidal people who meet on a rooftop in London on New Years Eve – each person completely different and each with their own story. They become friends and their journeys meld into one. Starring Pierce Brosnan and Imogen Poots this is another film you’ll kick yourself for missing!

22 Jump Street – June 13

Anyone a 21 Jump Street fan? This time the duo are going to college! Bound to be riot and as funny as the first one, 22 Jump Street has the old gang, new faces and new adventures! The goofy duo are growing up and it is funnier than ever!

Yves Saint Laurent – June 25

Fashion on Film! Yves Saint Laurent is a 2014 French film biography drama film based on the life of Yves Saint Laurent from 1958. The film is all about the fashion industry and keeping friends against the odds. Definitely a must see film for all fashion fanatics!

Inbetweeners Movie 2 – Aug 6

This movie speaks for itself. Joe Thomas claims this movie will be even funnier than the first one with lots of humiliating moments for Will and Neil! Apparently his character gets a bit of a break for a change! Set in Australia in a ‘Gap Yah’ kinda way this is definitely one to look forward to!
