Although Kim Kardashian has been plastered across the headlines this week with the Paris robbery, surprisingly, it’s still Kendall Jenner who never fails to catch my attention. It has to be said that Kendall has impeccable style and now that she has a reputable modelling career, she has the chic off-duty model look down to a tee. That’s why this week I’m going to show you how to achieve her elegant and sophisticated style for a fraction of the price.
Kendall Jenner looked stunning as she walked into the studio for her interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live earlier this year. There was something captivating about her outfit; it was highly unusual and effortlessly elegant. The silk and lace cami is an increasingly popular trend as the ‘lingerie’ look seems to be a new phenomenon… so much so that I actually got complimented on tucking my Victoria’s Secret Satin Slip into my jeans the other day! To be honest, this trend is incredibly helpful for 9am lectures- maybe going out in pyjamas is the new thing? The dainty top was neatly tucked into a black A-line skirt which was embellished with a belt and neat pocket detailing. Kendall paired this with some sock style patent heeled ankle boots and a thick velvet choker with slicked back hair for an overall vogue-esque look.
Kendall’s outfit was, of course, stunning. It would be worrying if it wasn’t when it came to a whopping total of £4,155! I’ve done some searching and I’ve found some high street alternatives so you too can achieve this entire look for just £67.68!
Kendall’s Top – Gucci Lace-Trimmed Silk Camisole Top £695

Although these tops are not identical, the overall effect is incredibly similar. The Missguided option is slightly more risqué with the plunging neckline but the lace insert is a nice detail which gives the illusion of it being a more expensive piece. The top could also be paired with black skinny jeans, a leather jacket and some boots for a daytime look. For a £680.60 price difference I think the Missguided option is well and truly a bargain!

Although the New Look skirt is quite plain, it is also a classic staple item for your wardrobe. The skirt paired with this belt creates a style similar to Kendall’s outfit and can also be worn with jumpers and tights as we sadly head into the colder months *sigh*.
Kendall’s Choker – Dries Van Noten Pearl Detail Velvet Choker – £75
High Street Alternative – Missguided wide velvet choker necklace – £6.40 (including student discount)
To complete her look, Kendall wore a thick velvet choker. To truly recreate this, you could try attaching a brooch or pin to the Missguided choker as an added touch.
Kendall’s Boots – Kenneth Cole Krystal Patent Boots – £405
