One of the best exercises you can do is a squat. They don’t require equipment (although if you have access there are even more variations possible) and can be done anywhere you have space. It engages your whole leg, your butt and your core.

Here are some squats to help you achieve that butt you’ve always wanted.

1.     A Normal Squat 2. The Sumo Squat

3. The Curtsy Squat

4. Plié Squat

Those are some basic ones that you would see in a fitness class, but here are some funkier ones that work just as well.

5. The Figure Four Squat

(This required a lot of balance… which I do not have, but good luck!)

6. The Eagle Squat

Now lets get some movement.

7. Jump Squats

8. Basic Squat with a let lift

For a great workout, do each of these 15 times. Depending on the level of difficulty you want, I would suggest running through once as a beginner, and add more rounds as you feel you can complete. Use the pictures to reference proper form, you don’t want to hurt yourself by doing the exercises wrong.

Hopefully these help you on your way to a nice butt, just in time for yoga pants season.
