By Savannah Reiff
November 8, 2012 - 12:00am

By Connor Doherty
October 28, 2012 - 9:15pm

Well girls, it’s that time of the year again: Halloween. Or as Cady Heron likes to call it, “the one night a year when a girl can dress like a total slut and no other girls can say anything about it.” With midterms just wrapping up and all of the other added stresses of college life accumulating, it’s been difficult to truly enjoy the month of haunted happenings. But now that’s all behind us, and there are still a few days left to celebrate Halloween the right way. And there’s only way to celebrate Halloween the right way: A HALLOWEEN MOVIE MARATHON...

It's Okay to be Average

By Erin Kany
October 23, 2012 - 8:00am

I have apprehensively waited for this to happen for years now. I finally feel that I have burned out; hit rock bottom; and reached a stress level my body cannot handle. Most importantly though I now recognize where I am, and I have learned that my type A personality and drive for perfection is not only making me miserable, but it is not good for my overall health. By Claudia Frau
October 19, 2012 - 1:38pm

Ahhh, brunch... My favorite meal of all. Who doesn't like to wake up late on Saturdays and Sundays and still manage to eat breakfast? Brunch is an excellent way to start a lazy weekend day or gather with friends and reminisce about those crazy nights out in Beantown. Whether you choose to drink mimosas or a delicious french vanilla latte with your plate, keep in mind that you MUST leave room for dessert! I'm always on the lookout for brunch deals and specials because, as a collegiette, I unfortunately live on a budget. I compiled a list of places around Boston that are well-priced, delicious, and have a nice ambiance. Bon Appétit!

A Collegiette's 7 Steps to Making Long Distance Work...and Last

By Lauren Spinella
October 17, 2012 - 8:00am

It was January of my senior year of high school when my best friend Nick finally asked me out after four years of flirting and sort-of dating. While my first reaction should have been, “Oh my god, did he really just ask me out?” my actual thought was, “Oh my god, I’m moving 200 miles away in 6 months.” I had already committed to a school in New York and Nick was going to school in our home state of Rhode Island. I didn’t want to start something that I knew had to end, but I also didn’t want to miss out on the relationship I had been waiting to happen since I was 13, so I went for it. READ MORE

If there’s anything worse than a Kardashian middle part, it’s the gym. Each trip begins and ends the same. When you first arrive you are eager, ready to commit yourself to a healthier lifestyle.
