One of our contributors, Cara Callahan, who is also a fitness instructor and fitness blogger, shared her healthy snack for Superbowl Sunday. Incorporate this clean recipe whenever you have guests over for an occassion!

Prepare a bright, delicious and nourishing snack tray to share with friends. Slice up raw veggies and fruit like cucumbers and apples, arrange on a cutting board or dish, and spoon hummus into a small bowl. Add fresh black pepper and ground turmeric for an extra antioxidant boost!
