Springfest Concert 2013By April 6, 2013 - 6:30pm Northeastern CUP presents Springfest 2013: Hollywoof. Along with various other activities throughout the week, don't miss the concert on Saturday night! Doors will open at 5pm and the show will began at 6:30pm. Beanpot Men's Championship game - Northeastern vs. Boston CollegeBy February 11, 2013 - 2:30pm The Northeastern men's hockey team faces Boston College in the championship Beanpot game. In the semi-final round, Northeastern beat Boston University with a final score of 3-2. This was the team's first win over BU since 1988, which is also the last year the huskies won the Beanpot tournament. Coincidence? Fate? I guess we'll have to wait and see. Give 5 Week: Dance-a-ThonBy January 27, 2013 - 3:00pm Northeastern's first-ever Dance-a-Thon is taking place this Sunday and even better-it's for a great cause! The event is part of the National Residence Hall Honorary's annual Give 5 Week; a week devoted to giving five minutes, hours, dollars, hugs, etc... to a common cause. This year, the theme is Health Awareness. The Dance-a-thon will raise money for the Children's Mental Health Campaign of Children's Hospital. Participants can ask friends and family to sponsor them for the amount of hours they plan on dancing ($1 - $20 an hour or however generous they may feel). It is only five hours!
