Syllabus week is the first week in the semester. You’re all rested up from Winter break and you’re 100 percent not ready to start back classes. The first week of classes gives you a little extra time to get back into your school routine… well for most of us at least. Here are all the things that we all experience during the oh so exciting time of syllabus week.

1. Seeing all your friends on the first day of class after break.

2. Getting the syllabus from your professor.

3. Realizing the class is going to be super easy.

4. Or maybe not…

5. When you realize attendance is not mandatory.

6. When you realize attendance is mandatory.

7. When the professor lets you leave early.

8. When your professor tries to go straight into lecture.

9. When you realize syllabus week is coming to an end.

10. But at least it’s the weekend!
