It’s the first month back, which means there’s nothing more exciting meals in the dining hall. We are known for having one of the best dining halls in the country, and here’s why:
1. Chicken Tortilla Soup: this soup is my absolute favorite and I actually have the schedule down for when it’s served. Every 3 Tuesdays. The flavor in this soup is unreal and if you add shredded cheddar cheese on top, it’s even better.
2. Carmelitas: This desert is notorious for being the sweetest, best treat after a meal. One of my best friends has 3 a day whenever they’re served.
3. Mac and Cheese: Whenever they have this station, the lines are always through the roof. You can add chicken, meat, scallions, extra cheese… what could be bad about this meal?
4. Fro Yo: May not necessarily be an actual food group, but who doesn’t consider this food a meal?
5. Matzo Ball Soup: Honestly not diner matzo ball soup or your grandmother’s, but having this here provides comfort and warmth
