Her Campus Montclair’s Recipe for Spring

After tomorrow’s snow showers, we think it’s safe to say that Spring will be in full effect. To get you into the spirit, we’ve come up with the recipe for the perfect spring.

4 cups laughter

3 cups of your favorite flowers

3 ½ cups summer-body workouts

2 cups adventure – take a spontaneous trip with your girlfriends!

1 weekly walk/run at the park

2 teaspoons of spring essential wardrobe pieces – floral sundress and stunning shades

2 new pairs of shoes

1 heaping handful of music festivals – Bonnaroo, Coachella, Mountain Jam

1 stick of SPF 30

1 cup outdoor dates – try a picnic with fresh fruits and salads!

1 tablespoon daily fresh air

1 dash of driving with the top down

A promise to laugh and enjoy every day – rain or shine

A sprinkle of end of semester jitters – use sparingly!

Instructions: mix all ingredients and enjoy with some sun and a cold drink!
