6 Reasons Why You Should Be Shopping at Zara

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Montclair chapter.

1. Zara’s mission statement says it all.

“Zara is committed to satisfying the desires of our customers. As a result, we pledge to continuously innovate our business to improve your experience. We promise to provide new designs made from quality materials that are affordable”

2. The brand is universally loved.

2,100 stores located in leading cities across 88 countries.

3. They’re tech savvy.

Zara created a new design, manufacturing, and distribution process that could reduce lead time and react to new trends in a quicker way. No other store has mastered this process like Zara. The communication between stores as well as customer feedback surpasses competitors.

4. Competitive with Forever21 AND Prada?!

Instead of trying to predict future trends they change as they go along. As styles start to walk down the runway, Zara begins the process to create a new line. This strategy creates more foot traffic giving customers a reason to come back more often. It also creates more demand from customers and influences them to buy products right away knowing it is in short supply.

5. ZARA is dressing HIGH-END for 1/100 of the cost!

Since Zara has changed their business strategy other companies have had to follow along including high-end companies such as Prada and Louis Vuitton who started putting out 4 to 6 collections to keep up! Unlike other conventional clothing stores, Zara restocks with new designs twice a week.

6. They encourage personal style.

The sales associates are welcomed and encouraged to use their personal style when dressing the mannequins and merchandising the products! Everything you see in any Zara store is unique and therefore your uniquely inspired while shopping. Causing your own style to be different from anyone else who shops at Zara as well!
