Jordan Santo ’15

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Mizzou chapter.

Collegiettes, meet this week’s Campus Cutie, Jordan Santo! He is a sophomore who isn’t the least bit shy about getting involved with all things Mizzou. When he isn’t busy planning games with the Greek Week SteerCo, preparing to dance up a storm this weekend with the Dance Marathon SteerCo, or recruiting students through Mizzou Outreach, he can be found hanging out with his brothers at Alpha Epsilon Pi. If you thought that was impressive, he is also a Mizzou reporter for ESPN Campus Connection. Did we happen to mention he’s single?

Hometown:  Chesterfield, Mo.

Major: Broadcast Journalism and Strategic Communications

Relationship Status: Single

Favorite Quote: “Things work out best for those who make the best of how things work out.”

Favorite Movie: How to Lose A Guy In 10 Days- guilty pleasure.

Five Words that describe you are: Fun, Thoughtful, Enthusiastic, Dedicated, Spontaneous

Favorite Pick Up line: “You’re pretty and I’m cute… together we’d be pretty cute.”

Favorite Place in Columbia: Shakespeare’s Pizza. Cliché… but it is the best.

Last song played on iPod: “Hey Porsche”, Nelly

If I were an animal, I would be: Truman the Tiger. I may or may not already be Truman, but I can’t say.

Something no one knows about me is: The inside of my mouth is really ticklish, so I laugh really hard when I brush my teeth.

Favorite Mizzou Memory so far: Camping out with friends all day for the Mizzou vs. KU basketball game last year.  Great day to be a Mizzou student!

Perfect date: One that is not planned out.  Spontaneity is awesome because everything else in life is planned; date night is a chance to let loose and just go with the flow and have fun.  Have a plan for where to go for dinner but let everything else fall into place.

What I look for in a girl is: A girl who is driven, independent, has goals and can hold a conversation.  Someone who is real and down to earth that likes me for me.

One thing on my bucket list is: See the world.  I want to take a year or so off of work and school and travel to every continent and see for myself everything that I have learned about all these years in school.

Celebrity Look alike: Taylor Lautner

If I could switch lives with anyone for the day, I would switch with: My mom.  She is unbelievable.  I have so much respect for her and all she does, but I know that if I switched places with her for a day, that respect would only get stronger.
