December is here, which means the end of the semester is quickly approaching. If you find that you happen to have some free time in between studying for finals or writing those dreaded papers, take a short trip to downtown Lancaster!
The Christmas season has officially arrived in Lancaster City. The streets are lined with decorations and lights, and Penn Square is perhaps the most magical sight to see. Located in the center of the city, Penn Square is host of a large and beautifully-decorated Christmas tree.
There are many unique restaurants and shops in close proximity to the square, as well as Central Market. If you are looking to do something festive with your free time, or need to do Christmas shopping, downtown Lancaster is the place for you.
But bundle up, because it’s getting cold!
