This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Miami (OH) chapter.

Avoiding the extra calories in alcoholic drinks does not mean you have to stop drinking altogether. Instead, we’ve gone ahead and put together some of the lowest calorie beers, wines and cocktails that are sure to keep you happy AND in your skinny jeans, with a little encouragement from Kristen Wiig … you’re welcome. For those 21 and over, proceed with caution.

Cocktails:A good cocktail minus the sugary syrups can be hard to come by, but if you order a shot of liquor with a low-cal or no-cal mixer you can still enjoy the taste and keep the calorie count down. If you want to go the easy route at home, Skinny Girl has also come through on their ready-to-serve cocktails with a wide assortment of guilty-free versions of our favorite mixed drinks.
