Not quite the typical college sexy cat or bunny costume but regardless these looks will certainly be eye catching.  Some people go more over the top for Halloween than others but anyone can take bits and pieces of either of these makeup options and make it their own… whether that be more or even less subtle.

Witch:

  1. Prime and Prep face with primer &  a light foundation or concealer
  2. Create an outline with green shadow that goes around your eye, down the inside of your cheek bone, & sharply cuts up over the temple, sloping down and lining the brow bone… fill in with a medium purple (or whatever color you prefer) & BLEND!!
  3. Closer around your eye use a darker purple/royal clue color and again blend this into the lighter purple.
  4. Line your eye with black liner on both waterlines & with a gel liner create a dramatic cat eye.
  5. Smudge that all around the eye with black shadow.
  6. Using a dark shadow, over define your brows.
  7. Add mascara & or fake lashes (these are Andrea #45 which can be found at CVS)
  8. For the lips, line with a black pencil liner. After blending that in put red lipstick over for an ombre effect.
  9. If you want, draw a little spider crawling over your lip to make it even creepier.
  10. Lastly using a gel liner, draw a web stemming from one of both of your eye & you’re done!

Marionette Doll

  1. Prime and prep face with primer and a light concealer or foundation (including lips).
  2. Use a chocolate brown shadow on a dense medium blending brush and accentuate your natural cheekbones all the way from the hairline to the nose then line underneath with a white shadow.
  3. Put blush along those lines and blend up to the temples
  4. For the Eyes, apply blue or another brightly colored shadow from lash line to the brow, across the whole lid. Then using white shadow, cover your lower lashes and about a half of a centimeter below as well and use this same shadow to highlight the brow bone.
  5. Line top lash line (using a black gel liner) with a thin but long line with a dramatic wing. Then, using the same liner, outline the white shadow until you meet the wing. Then draw on lower lashes, and add mascara and or fake lashes one top (the fake lashes can be really dramatic in this look).
  6. Using any lip liner, line your lips but only towards the middle & fill this in to give the look of a smaller, pout mouth. Hold your mouth closed & wherever the ends of your mouth are, take a thin shadow brush and drag a black line of shadow straight down, again adding white shadow along the inside of the line.
  7. Using a medium concealer, contour the nose from the brown down, creating the look of a button nose.
  8. Use this same concealer to basically in thick lines just add a little color along the jaw line and sides of the forehead as well as over exaggerating the chin.
  9. Add shine spots on parts such as the lips forehead and nose with white shadow
  10. Throw on a few freckles with your black gel liner and with a dark shadow define your brows!
