Collegiettes Cook: Goat Cheese Mesclun Greens Salad

The McGill Farmers’ Market always has the freshest ingredients which come locally from Quebec. Use them to whip up a quick and healthy salad. This one has mesclun greens, spinach, and kale. Add some cremini mushrooms, walnuts, and strawberries and you have a great sweet-and-salty combo. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar to top it off.
