Major/Year: I’m a second year majoring in Software Engineering, but minoring in Music Technology, which is where my heart lies.
Hometown: I grew up abroad in Azerbaijan, Nigeria, Georgia and Bangladesh. However, I finished high school in Bethesda, Maryland. I never really know how to answer the “where’s home” question, so I usually just say Maryland.
Relationship Status: Single!
Favourite things to do? I love to play/make music, listen to music, watch movies that keep you on your toes, eat anything except for ketchup, cook, drink beer, and go to concerts.
Favourite things about Montreal? What’s my favourite thing about Montreal? The fact that no matter how cold it gets, you couldn’t get bored if you tried.
What do you look for in a girl? I love a sense of humour, the capacity to be nice to anyone, an interesting taste in music (doesn’t have to match mine exactly) and adventurousness. I like to go to new places and/or try new stuff out and it’s nice to have company. The superficial side of me has to throw in a cute face on top of that.
Biggest pet peeve? People (guys and gals) who criticize things that they don’t seem to get in the first place. Taste is one thing, negativity is another.
Favourite music? This past year I’ve probably been listening to more rap than the other stuff, but I can get into absolutely anything.
What’s your best quality? My best quality is probably my sense of humour, although that’s another hard question to answer.
Best place you’ve been to? The best place I’ve ever visited was New Zealand in the wintertime. I snowboarded, drove (DROVE) a monster truck, and met some chill mofos.
Dream job? My dream job is to mix soundtracks for movies. If everything goes according to plan, I’ll have five vacation homes by the time I’m thirty.
Things you’re good at: Guitar playing, latte making, pool (billiards) winning, and I’m becoming an alright cook–actually.
