5 Times We’ve Felt Like f.r.i.e.n.d.s On Thanksgiving

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Maryland chapter.

Thanksgiving is a time for laughs, love, and a whole lot of stuffing! If you’re a f.r.i.e.n.d.s fanatic like I am, you know that Monica, Rachel and the rest of the gang never fail to disappoint in keeping us entertained in their annual Thanksgiving episodes! With family fights, Turkeys as head dresses, and guests like Brad Pitt making a surprise appearance, we can definitely relate to the commotion that is Thanksgiving.  If anything, we should be giving thanks to Nick @ Nite for reminding us, that the f.r.i.e.n.d.s gang has moments just like us on Turkey Day!  Here are the top 5 f.r.i.e.n.d.s moments we can undeniably relate to:

  1. The One Where Ross Got High: It’s a potluck type of Thanksgiving and you try to impress the family with your cooking skills, knowing you have never set foot in the kitchen.

2. The One With The Rumor: You’ve been dieting all year, but know this is the one “cheat” day you prepare yourself to eatbeans, greens, potatoes, tomatoes, Lamb, rams, YOU NAME IT!!

3. The One With Rachel’s Other Sister: Thanksgiving is like a family reunion. You get to reminisce with your closest relatives, throw shade, and have a few catfights knowing that at the end of the day, you’ll still love each other and share a piece of pie.

4.The One With All the Thanksgivings: You have hours to kill until dinners ready. What better way to kill time than by making your friends and family laugh dressed up as a dancing turkey?

5. The One With Chandler In A Box: After an evening full of up’s and downs, you get to look around the room and be thankful for time you got to spend with your family and friends.
