This photo was taken outside Pietro Nolita in the NoLIta neighborhood in New York City. This is one of the first restaurants in the area that has taken a healthy approach to Italian food. The restaurant doesn’t look Italian from the outside; in fact, I thought it was hair salon at first glance because of all of the pink. But what this color really did was it attracted my attention and made me want to look further to realize it was a restaurant. A very good restaurant at that!
