OMG! You just got asked to a date party for next weekend!
So obviously now your only goal is to make sure at least one of your besties will also be there, you know just in case you need back-up or something
Oh wait, what are you going to wear?!
Next step, mandatory mall trip searching the racks for the perfect dress
It is the day before, and there are still so many decisions to be made…straight or curly hair?? Which shoes go best?? Is this necklace like, too much??
The day of, you get a text from your date that rides for pregames will come at 8:30, so of course you start getting ready at 6PM
Over the sound of “Hot in Herre” blasting, girls can be heard cursing their eyelashes for clumping and stressing about their frizzy hair
But somehow you all manage to look amazing right as the first ride is pulling up
PREGAMES! WOOO
In the words of Fergie “The drinks start pouring, and my speech start slurring, everybody start looking real good”
And of course after a few drinks it’s the PERFECT time to take lots and lots of pictures
Which leads to the inevitable “Ew OMG I look disgusting… so over pictures right now!”
Perfect timing though, because BUSES ARE HERE!!
And if we are being completely honest here, the bus ride there is a bit of a blur
You get inside and immediately wonder how the he** there are already so many girls in line for the bathroom?!
After waiting for what feels like a million hours to get through the line, you make the executive decision that it is definitely time to hit the dance floor
Perfect timing!! “Shake it Off” is blasting and the dance floor is going crazy
While shaking your stuff on the dance floor, you start to notice all the couples making out around you and think “Where in the world is my date??”
You find him and manage to drag him out to the dance floor
As if by magic, just as things are getting a little too sloppy, the buses arrive to bring everyone back to campus
And of course, just as every girl knows, the best part of any date party is girl talk the next morning
