This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Le Moyne chapter.

What to Watch on Netflix

Hey guys! I hope your breaks were awesome. I was originally going to write this first article on Friends but I knew that you were all probably halfway through the 3rd season. (For anyone who is lost- Friends has been on netflix since new years). In honor of the Oscar season I decided to hunt down movies that are on netflix that were featured in last years Oscars. Most of the ones I wanted to put on the list are notthere yet. But these are great movies to catch up on because I know you didn’t watch them during oscar season last year.

1. Wolf of Wall Street

This film was nominated for best picture, director, actor (poor Leo), supporting actor andadapted screenplay. This is a very long but very entertaining movie. Leo is just as good as ever as a stockbroker looking to make it big. The movie as features Jonah Hill and Jon Bernthal (who is such a hottie)!!

2. Star Trek

This film was nominated for best visual effects. This movie is filled with such hotties. Chris Pine is looking so good as Captain Jim Kirk and Karl Urban is such a hot doctor!

3. Bad Grandpa

This film was nominated for best makeup and hairstyling. Netflix not only has oneversion of this movie- it has two! You can not only watch the extended version of thismovie there is also a sequel available on netflix. Happy watching!

4. Nebraska

This film was nominated for best picture, director, actor, supporting actress, and original screenplay. This film is about a father and son as they go on a roadtrip to collect prizemoney won by the father. This is by far the most indie thing on the list so if you want to try something new WATCH IT!
