Imagine this: Hugh Grant and Colin Firth in all their 2000s glory fighting over you with their perfectly British accents. This is the life of Bridget Jones. (Technically this movie is a sequel but its total watchable by itself.) I have loved this series since I was little when I read the books.
Bridget has the same issues as all of us- she tries and sometimes fails to watch what she eats. She is ever searching for a boyfriend and navigating awkward situations and her job. Bridget just wants to be fabulous and successful! I felt connected with Bridget from the beginning and I know you will too!
