Winter Workout Woes

So  you’re  trying  to  get  your  body  back  to  the  hot  thing  it  used  to  be.  Or  better  yet  you  have  it  just  how  you  want it  but  Winter’s  here &  you’re  wondering; now  what?  Cold  weather  makes  it  super  hard  to  stay  fit  sometimes.  Almost  no  one  wants  to  jog  in  the  freezing  temperatures  and  even  the  brisk  walk  to  the  gym  can  seem  treacherous.

Winter  workout  woes  have  arrived. Keep calm and   assault  em’  with  these  fun  cardio  moves.

Twerking

Channel your  inner  Miley  Cyrus  &  Twerk.! This  fast  pace  movement  accelerates  your  heart  rate  and  gets  your  body  perspiring.  Not  before  long  your  glutes  will  began  to  feel  the  burn

Harlem  Shaking

Take  those  arms,  extend  them  and  shake  furiously.   Not  before  finding  an  up   tempo  beat  to  move  to,  because  without  it  your  room  mates  may  fear  you’ve  gone  into  cardiac  arrest.  Your  biceps  and  forearms  will  slowly  but  surely  began  to  define.

Gangnam Style

Perhaps,  my  favorite  of  the  workout  dances  because  it  can  virtually  be  whatever  you  want  it  to  be.  Of  course  there’s  the  signature  hip  thrusting  and  squirming  but  besides  that  most of  the  movement  is  up  to  you.
