Campus Couples: Jon “Bubbles” Bath and Emma Graley

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Lasell chapter.

Some Campus Cutie readers will probably recognize the names of this weeks Campus Cutie Couple. It is none other than Campus Cutie Jonathan “Bubbles” Bath and Her Campus Lasell contributing writer, Emma Graley. Both are active members of the Lasell community.

Jon, a Criminal Justice major, plays rugby for the Men’s Rugby Club and Emma, whose focus is Fashion Communication, writes for Her Campus.

The two met just a year before, towards the end of the spring semester. School ended, summer came and went, then the fall semester began.

By a twist of fate Emma once again ran into Jon one night and he was able to finagle a phone number from her using his well-known charm. (Yes, he got her real phone number). And the rest is history. The beginning of their relationship sailed through smoothly, and as months past they became closer and closer. Parents were met, best friend approval was gained.

The best thing about their relationship is that they have the ability to just be themselves. Their favorite thing to do together? Nothing. They don’t need to be doing anything in particular as long as they’re together. Whether it’s just doing homework or wandering around Newton, they’re happy just to be in each other’s company.

When asked what their favorite thing about each other was, Emma responded with his outgoing nature (with a smile she added, “Especially when it comes to food”).  Jon’s favorite thing about Emma is made clear without words. Everything. Everything about her is his favorite.

They are everything that makes up a Campus Cutie Couple. From the way they look at each, to the freedom they feel to be themselves.

The Her Campus Lasell team wishes them, and all other couples out there a very Happy Valentine’s Day.
