Stressed or Just Desserts?

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at La Verne chapter.

Your sweet dreams can come true.

If you need diet-approved low-calorie sweets, you’ve come to the right place for the stress-free dessert to eat when you are stressed. Desserts can be healthy too and without the burden of calories also. You can enjoy the best of both worlds by eating something healthy but also satisfying your late-night midterm cramming cravings. Let’s explore some options. These recipes are all to the courtesy of Delish.

1. Chocolate Blueberries

All you need is blueberries and the chocolate of your choice. Melt your chocolate in a bowl and spoon a dollop of chocolate on your blueberries. Freeze until set for about 10 minutes and serve!

2. Watermelon Ice Cream

Cut a watermelon and add milk, sugar, and vanilla extract.

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend. Put it in the freezer for 3 hours and you get watermelon ice cream.
