Top Websites for Online Clothes Shopping

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at KU chapter.

Online shopping is amazing, and I know I’m only one out of thousands (if not millions) of people that agree.  It’s convenient, easily available, you don’t have to change out of your pajamas for it and there’s often a good deal to be found.  However, shopping for clothes and shoes online can be a bit tricky.  There’s a multitude of online clothing retailers, and it can be challenging to find a site that not only offers a great selection of clothes, but is also affordable and reliable.  If you’re looking for a great site to get clothes from, look no further than this article!  Whether you’ve heard of them or not, all of these websites listed below are a good place to start your online clothes search.

1. Uniqlo

A fashion brand that initially started in Japan, Uniqlo has since expanded to the United States, with locations on both coasts.  If you’re looking for business-casual wear or something that’s simple and comfy, yet stylish, then Uniqlo is just the place for you.  They’re also known for their jackets, made with ultra light down, which are SUPER comfortable and warm.  The prices can run a bit high at times, especially on items like jackets and sweaters, but their online sale section is no joke.  Markdowns are at least 30-40 percent, and usually go even higher than that!  Furthermore, Uniqlo doesn’t charge tax for online orders, and they allow refunds.

2. Asos

I’ll admit, Asos isn’t exactly wallet-friendly.  However, Asos has a really wide selection of apparel from tons of different brands. If you’re looking for something from a certain brand, chances are you’ll find it on asos.com.  In addition to a wide variety of apparel and brands, Asos also offers a 10 percent discount on all orders if you’re a college student.

3. Forever 21

Forever 21 is a store that’s known for its super cute (and cheap) clothes, and is super popular amongst teen girls and college women. It’s pretty hard to find a mall that DOESN’T have one, given how popular it is. With the website, you don’t have to leave your house to have access to Forever 21’s fashionable and wallet-friendly clothes.

4. 10DollarMall.com

If you’re not one to care about name-brand clothing or where the clothes are from, then try 10DollarMall.com.  Just like the name implies, all of the clothes are $10 or under, which is perfect if you’re the kind of person who loves finding good bargain.  Yes, I’m serious about the whole $10 and under thing.  While not name brand, all the clothes and shoes are really cute!
