How did you guys meet?:
RB: Eryn was my RA freshman year on the 6th floor of Ellsworth. We basically lived across the hall from each other.
EG: Raisa knew everyone on the floor even before I did. I knew we would be friends.
How long have you been best friends?: We have been friends ever since we met on move-in day!
What is your favorite thing about the other?
RB: Eryn is an inspiration. She dares to dream, works hard and plays harder. She’s immensely talented and intelligent and she is always there for me. I’m so lucky to have her in my life!
EG: I love that I can tell Raisa anything and be myself around her. We laugh all the time and are comfortable being silly and absolutely ridiculous.
What’s your favorite thing to do together?
RB: There’s nothing better than hanging out with her; whether it’s hitting up our favorite spots or staying in, ordering takeout and watching a movie. We always have fun together.
EG: Watch movies, go out to eat, basically anything and everything. I know no matter what we do I am going to be laughing hysterically and having fun.
If a movie were to be made about your friendship, who would play your parts?
RB: Eryn would definitely be played by Gina Rodriguez. She is talented, quirky, so funny and insanely beautiful!
EG: Raisa would be played by Mindy Kaling because she is beautiful, funny and someone you always want to be around. She could totally have her own show.
What’s your favorite memory together?
EG: Raisa invited me to Garba and we got dressed up and danced the night away. We had so much fun. My legs were sore from dancing, my abs were sore form laughing, and at the end of the night we went home, ordered Chinese food and watched a movie together.
RB: I would have to agree with Eryn— I always do! KU SASA Garba is the best time of the year! I felt so fortunate to have her there with me. I love how supportive she is and we just had so much fun dancing! It is one of those nights that I will always remember.
What’s something you two want to do together in the future?
Both: We want to go ice skating together this winter.
Pick a drink that describes each other:
RB: Eryn is definitely Red Moscato. She is so sweet and has this amazing sparkling personality! She makes you smile the minute you see her. Also, she is my favorite!
EG: Raisa is a Long Island Ice Tea because she is a mix of everything good. She immediately makes you feel good, confident and beautiful, and makes you want to dance.
What’s something you can’t stand about each other?
Both: Sometimes we are too alike and encourage each other in our Netflix obsession.
