Why did you choose to come to KU? I chose to come to KU because it fit me. Due to the military I was always moving around from base to base and from country to country. Because of that, I realized I’m not much of a city person. Lawrence fits me perfectly because it’s a small town that is centered around the school, kind of like a military base.
What did you want to be when you were a kid? When I was younger I wanted to be a doctor. I didn’t know what type, but I knew I wanted to deal with medicine.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years? In 10 years, I see myself hopefully married with children and with my own medical practice.
What are three things you want to do before you die? Before I die, I want to go to every state in the United States, make a trip to Bali and jump out of a plane.
Who is your number one celebrity crush? It’s hard to choose my number one celebrity crush, but I guess it would definitely have to be August Alsina or Chris Brown.
Who is your biggest role model or inspiration? My biggest role model and inspiration would definitely have to be Dr. Jackie from “Married to Medicine” because she’s a strong woman and survived having breast cancer twice.
What is your favorite food? My favorite food is Italian, but honestly I’ll eat anything. I’m not picky. It all depends on what I’m feeling like that day.
What would be your idea of a perfect night out? My idea of a perfect night out would just be chilling with good vibes. If we go out, then we go out. Just as long as I have good vibes and people around me, I’ll enjoy myself.
