I love the Wendy’s Frosty, it’s one of my guilty pleasures in life. Today, I’m going to teach you all how to make your own a home using ingredients that will get you ready for your bikini bod!

Ingredients:

*recipe makes one blender full*

3/4 cup of almond milk (if you don’t like almond milk, you can change this to rice milk or powered milk!)

15 Ice Cubes

1/2 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

1-2 Tablespoons of Cocoa Powder

1/3 of a banana

Let’s Get Started:

This recipe is pretty simple, but what you’re going to want to do first is cut up the banana with a knife into small pieces and then blend everything together!
