School has been especially busy lately, and with only a little over a month left of school, we are all in need of a little extra push. Here’s a playlist of music that can calm you, pump up, and motivate you to get through the end of the semester’s work:
1. Jason Mraz’s Album, “Love is a Four Letter Word”: This album has a nice mix of soothing songs and upbeat songs that make you feel happy about life.Alternative: “Life is Wonderful” by Jason Mraz
2. Antonio Vivaldi’s “Gloria”: Ever tried doing homework to Classical music? It’s the best, trust me.Alternative: Vivaldi’s “Four Seasons”Secondary Alternative: Bach’s orchestral compositions
3. “Radioactive In The Dark”: This song is an incredible mash up of “Radioactive” by Imagine Dragons and “My Songs Know What You Did In The Dark” by Fall Out Boy. This song simultaneously motivates me to do all of my homework, slay zombies, and survive the apocalypse.
4. The Tarzan Soundtrack: Nothing will get you movin’ and groovin’ like one of the best soundtracks Disney has to offer.Alternative: The Mulan Soundtrack
5. Ke$ha: Everything Ke$ha. Enough said.
6. “Roar” by Katy Perry: This is my current pump up jam for all situations, but especially when I need to tackle a big project or paper.
7. “Move Along” by The All-American Rejects: There’s nothing like a good throwback to 2005 (almost 10 years ago…what??) to help you feel studious. And remember, even when your hope is gone, move along, move along like I know you do.Alternative: “Hollaback Girl” by Gwen Stefani
Well, there you go! Hope this music helps you ace all of your projects, papers, and exams during these last few weeks of school.
