Tips for Eating and Staying Healthy, Just in Time for Finals!

    It's a lot easier to eat healthy when you keep an organized fridge. If there are less tempting foods you make better choices. I just recently cleaned out my entire fridge and what a difference did that make.  It gives me no excuse to grab something unhealthy when I'm in a rush or being lazy.    Here are some favorites that I stock up on:  Hummus:                                                                      A very healthy alternative to cheese! Hummus is a healthy fat and it is high in protein.   When you are young girl you probably played around with makeup and experimented with colors. On Halloween you looked forward to dressing up like one of your favorite music artists, Disney characters, or even your favorite actresses at the time. However, you didn't wear it all of the time. Kean: A Winter Wonderland

It's December, which means that winter is finally here! The first signs of the winter season appeared last week when Kean University was slowly dressed in white as snow (with a mixture of rain) landed on the campus's property. While walking outside, students used their umbrellas to protect themselves from the large snowflakes that were blown by the wind. The campus truly looked like a Winter Wonderland...well, at least for a day! Too bad that the snow melted by the end of the night. But it's just the beginning, so who is ready for more snow?
