Tips for Eating and Staying Healthy, Just in Time for Finals!

    It's a lot easier to eat healthy when you keep an organized fridge. If there are less tempting foods you make better choices. I just recently cleaned out my entire fridge and what a difference did that make.  It gives me no excuse to grab something unhealthy when I'm in a rush or being lazy.    Here are some favorites that I stock up on:  Hummus:                                                                      A very healthy alternative to cheese! Hummus is a healthy fat and it is high in protein. THE LITTLE MERMAID 
A movement inspired retelling of the original Fairytale The Little Mermaid is a story about a young mermaid who wishes for something more in life. She falls in love with a man who lives on land and cannot live in the ocean like her. She too cannot live on land. The young mermaid makes a deal with a witch for legs in exchange for her ability to speak so that she can fall in love with the prince and he with her. However, love is never that easy... This adaptation of The Little Mermaid is directed, adapted, and choreographed by Joshua Schnetzer, a student at Kean. The music is provided by Greg Scalera. READ MORE...

  When you are young girl you probably played around with makeup and experimented with colors. On Halloween you looked forward to dressing up like one of your favorite music artists, Disney characters, or even your favorite actresses at the time. However, you didn't wear it all of the time. As you get older, you get to wear makeup on more than just one occasion. Women tend to wear makeup to school in order to dress up their outfits, or when they go on dates. Although wearing makeup can be fun and a form of expression, it is important to try and look as natural as possible. In magazines like “Seventeen”, “Cosmopolitan”, and “Lucky” men commented that they prefer for a woman that they are dating to look as natural as possible....
