Alfred Dobson Jr.

Major: Communications/PR

Year: Senior

Lifetime goals: “My lifetime goals are to be a successful provider as a father and a husband first and foremost. I also want to be the best fraternity brother that I can be. As far as career aspirations go, I just want to be able to find a profession that I love. I also want to put myself in a position to positively affect the people that I encounter. At this point in my life I’m not sure if that will be done by coaching or in the public relations field but I have to figure out soon.”

Campus Involvements: President of Rockin’ Rho Zeta chapter of Omega Psi Phi, President of Kean University NPHC, 4 year player of the Kean U football.

If you had the opportunity to change something what will you change ? “If I could change anything, I would change the ignorance of the population, I strongly dislike that people do not take the time to educate themselves on topics other than the latest fashion or social network trends.”

What are some things you’ve done for your community? “Jersey city p.a.l. Football coach, Babe Ruth baseball league coach, Dr. Seuss Read Across America, Dr. Charles R Drew Blood Drive, get yourself tested.”

How do you feel about being named a campus cutie?” I’m flattered; it’s an honor to know that the ladies at my university think so highly of me.”

Ideal date: “just the two of us all day, I cook you breakfast in bed and then we watch movies all day, play madden and enjoy each other’s company and then end the night with a candle light dinner and massage.”

What do you look for in a female? “First and foremost a smile, a sense of humor, assertiveness, a sense of style to match my sex appeal.”

Overall Alfred Dobson is a fun, loving, and great person to be around. He’s someone you can go to for advice and also someone you can go to, if you want to have a fun time. Alfred deserves to be campus cutie not only because the ladies love him around campus, but of his fun personality.
