Where? Rockingham County Fairgrounds
This will be the first debut of UV, a college and professionally produced ultraviolet (black) light effect type concert. There will be electronic music such as electro, house, and dubstep. etc. There is a dress code of wearing ALL white and no boots allowed. You must be at least 18 years or older and need a photo ID upon entry.
