Josh: I want to be a cardiologist, like my father. He started a heart center in Richmond, IN in 1990.

HCIU: Most romantic thing you’ve ever done for a girl?
Josh: My senior year of high school, there was a basketball game on Valentines Day. I had purchased a dozen roses for my date the previous weekend. Unfortunately, she bailed on me. So during half time of the game, I went up to one of the cheerleaders on the other team, in front of the entire school and her family, presented her with the flowers and wished her a happy Valentines Day. I just wanted to make someone’s Valentines Day special.
HCIU: What is something people might not know about you?
Josh: I’m a very simple, low maintenance kind of guy.
HCIU: Who in your life do you look up to?
Josh: My father, he grew up in a lower income family and managed to graduate from Ohio State in three years. After completing med school, he and his roommate from freshman year started their own heart center.
