Black Friday is like Christmas morning for all fashionistas. It’s crucial, though, that shoppers do their homework before joining the crowds at the mall or heading online to the bundles of cyber deals. It all can get very overwhelming, and we want to make sure we’re smart shoppers. I mean we were all basically put on this earth to shop, right? Let’s at least do it right. That’s why we scoured the Internet for the best deals so you don’t have to!
Amazon.com: The online king is started its deals Nov. 21 and will be adding new discounts every 10 minutes for eight straight days at amazon.com/blackfriday. (Pinch me, I must be dreaming). Best deal: 45 percent off select Samsung TVs.
Target: This retail hot-spot will kickoff its holiday specials Wednesday, both in stores and online.
Wal-Mart: Sales start Friday. Best deal: 60-inch Sony or LG Smart HDTVs for $648 from $798.
Alternative Apparel: This cozy clothing company is offering 30 percent off orders over $75 on Nov. 26 (use the code “THANKFUL”) and for Cyber Monday (Dec. 1) take 30 percent off site-wide with the code “CYBER30.”
Aritzia: This innovative women’s fashion boutique is offering 60 percent off from Wednesday, Nov. 26 through Monday, Dec. 1. Plus, free shipping on Cyber Monday.
Converse: Get some new, cool kicks on Cyber Monday with 25 percent off. They will also be offering free ground shipping starting Nov. 18.
Express: Max out your credit cards! 50 percent off everything will be offered between Nov. 25 and Nov. 28.
Guess: Guess is offering up to 50 percent off the entire store and site.
H&M: This on-trend, discounted retailer is started its deals on Nov. 20 with extra savings on Black Friday and 30 percent off your entire purchase on Cyber Monday.
Threadsence: This boho-online retailer is offering 30 percent off on Black Friday (use the code “BLACK30”) and 30 percent off on Cyber Monday (use the code “BETTER”).
Toms: Get your cute, philanthropic kicks starting Thanksgiving day to Cyber Monday with 25 percent off select styles.
Dormify: Need new dorm decorations? From Thanksgiving through Cyber Monday, dormify.com is offering 30 percent off site-wide with the code “SECRETSANTA,” plus additional markdowns of up to 70 percent off on dorm bedding and accessories.
Important things to keep in mind:
- Thanksgiving day is starting to become the better day for deals. So, while your feast is being prepared, go out and get your Black Friday started early!
- A number of stores are offering the same deals online that will be available in-store. If you still can’t move from all that turkey and stuffing, beat the crowds by shopping online on Thanksgiving.
