Eating Healthy In A Hurry At The Bone Student Center

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Illinois State chapter.

As the school year kicks off it is very important to begin the year with healthy habits. Whether you are avoiding the “Freshman 15” or trying to get back to the bod you once had before you discovered late night DP Dough, this is the article for you.

When you are in a hurry it is easy to grab “fast” food, but it is important that you still make an informed decision. I understand we are busy Redbirds, constantly on “flight”,  but eating at the Bone Student Center doesn’t have to result in an unhealthy meal.

Here are some on-campus bites that are 410 calories or less. I, Katherine Lee O’Rourke, bring you “eat this, not that” Illinois State University edition.
