Campus Cutie Conflict (Resolution)

Dear HC Hollins Readers, Over the summer, we spent some time discussing ways to make this site more accessible. We listen to all the feedback we receive and we know that some of our readers feel put off by the beauty-biased implications of the "Campus Cutie" section. Hollins women are beautiful but we are also intelligent, driven, and successful. In order to respect the multi-faceted nature of the diverse Hollins community, we have decided to shift the focus of "Campus Cutie" section from one that emphasizes  physical beauty to one that embraces moments of genuine cuteness. Whether you're a first year just getting your footing on campus or a senior who feels like Hollins is a second home, the beginning of Fall semester can be jarring. The HC Hollins editors: Amber Rambharose, Ashlee Oliver, and Claire McCown have survived three Fall semesters so far (and anticipate making it through this one, as well) and between Tinker Scares and walking on front quad, put their heads together to offer you these precious bits of wisdom. Hollins Foodie Blog - Tasty Low Cal Dinner, No Moody Required

Looking for a quick, easy recipe with less than 450 calories? How about some Spicy Chicken Breast Stir-Fry? While you aren't likely to find low cal stir-fry in Moody, you can try this recipe in your dorm kitchen.  Ingredients:
4 pieces of Skinless Chicken Breast
4 garlic cloves
3 slices of ginger
½ cup chopped spring onion
1 cup Shredded carrots
1 cup water Flavoring:
¼ cup soy sauce
3 tablespoon of garlic spicy paste

Hollins SGA Update - Get Involved!

The HC Hollins Team had a great time covering the SGA Executive Elections but there are still many positions on HAB, Class Cabinets, and Roundtable available! You can apply for the following positions through Appointment Board. How do you apply? Go to the SGA tab on my.hollins and fill out the appointment board form under the "forms" tab.
