Campus Cutie Conflict (Resolution)

By HC Hollins Senior Editors
September 26, 2012 - 11:24pm

Dear HC Hollins Readers, Over the summer, we spent some time discussing ways to make this site more accessible. We listen to all the feedback we receive and we know that some of our readers feel put off by the beauty-biased implications of the "Campus Cutie" section. Hollins women are beautiful but we are also intelligent, driven, and successful. From how often to check your Hollins email to how often to schedule in a nap, these three Hollins women have learned a lot of valuable lessons on their way to senior year.  READ MORE

Tanning children in salons is illegal (some states allow teens with parental consent waivers to tan) across the country due to the cancer causing rays that tanning beds emit. Despite this danger, many of us still lie out in the sun or slip into those bright blue beds to catch a little color. Luckily, there are ways to tan without damaging your skin and even luckier, there are Hollins women who are willing to vouch for them. READ MORE
