This quick recipe is great for collegiettes craving some Italian cuisine; it’s buttery, delicious, and perfect for a night at home. Gnocchi is a traditional Italian dish and is typically served as a first course.  It is usually made from flour and eggs which is why it has a doughy texture much like potato dumplings. This style of Gnocchi is from the famous chef David Chang the ingredients can be found at any convience store for less then $5. Here are a list of your supplies!

  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 pkg ramen
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 3 Tbs butter
  • salt to taste
  • blender
  • pan
